There's a new urgency to combat climate change - but should governments or business lead?
President Bush has finally admitted that there's a new urgency to combat climate change. The debate comes from the ski resort of Davos in Switzerland and asks: Who is leading the demands for change, governments, business or the public? How should the world respond to the serious challenge of climate change? The panel includes Dan Esty, Director of the Yale Centre for Environmental Law and Policy, Klaus Kleinfeld, President and Cief Executive of Siemens, and British Environment Secretary David Milliband.
