Is Greece a failed state? Greek politicians and other leaders answer a question from the World Questions audience in Athens, starting with finance minister Euclid Tsakalotos. In order following him are former foreign minister now in opposition Dora Bakoyannis, ADEDY union official and archaeologist with the Culture Ministry Despina Koutsoumba and Josef Janning from the European Council on Foreign Relations.
