Museum reveals content of mystery box
As part of a weekly series for the Etholle George show on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Suffolk, Ipswich Museum is revealing something that hasn't been seen in public for many years.
It's part of the collective information programme, an effort to document every item in the collection.
This first item is the carved face of a woman in Tudor garb, one of eight which was on the market cross structure outside the Town Hall in Ipswich until 1812, when the structure was taken down.
