In India, a debate is raging about the 'intolerance' of Muslim minorities by Hindus.

There are more than a hundred and fifty million Muslims in India, and many feel threatened by recent examples of attacks and hate speech directed at them by Hindu members of the BJP party of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

麻豆约拍 reporter Hugh Skyes spoke to a man residing in a Hindu residential area described the deep divide between Hindus and Muslims: 鈥淚f you ask any Hindu if you will allow a Muslim as your neighbour, [the] majority will say 'no'. Same thing if you ask a Muslim also - they will say no.鈥�
