Women as Water Providers and Users

What are the key issues which affect women as global providers and users of water?

In rural Africa and Asia, it's usually the job of women to collect water, and in areas with droughts or floods, this presents them with a huge number of physical and practical problems. What is being done to help them? Also on the programme: Is bottled water a waste of money? The topical diary comes from Arctic explorers Victoria Richards and Lucy Roberts.
