Lessons in digital uptake from Peru
In the isolated Andean village of Pampachiri in Peru, the local shop now has a telephone and a computer, but they are, so far, of little local benefit because there wasn't an education programme. Elsewhere in the country, local people are being encouraged to learn to use digital technologies.
