Libya opens up
Libya slowly opens up to the outside world and Vietnam - 25 years after the war. Sanctions against Libya were suspended following the Libyan government's decision to allow the trial of suspected Lockerbie bombers. Also a visit to Vietnam, a quarter of a century after the US pulled out of Saigon.
