Speed camera vans on Northamptonshire's roads to double

Fines from drivers caught speeding in Northamptonshire will be used to double the number of mobile speed camera vans in the county.
That's the ambition of the county's outgoing police and crime commissioner, Adam Simmonds, who says attitudes to speed need to change.
