Robertson calls for pension measures

SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson raised the subject of women affected by delays to their state pensions at Prime Minister's Questions.

He called for transitional arrangements and said women born in the 1950s should have been given "proper notice to plan their retirement".

David Cameron defended the decision to raise the retirement age and said the single-tier pension introduced by the government would help end discrimination in the system.
