'Bedroom Tax' appealer lambasts 'cruel' government
The grandparents of a severely disabled 15-year-old boy have won an appeal in court against the Spare Room Subsidy, commonly known as the 'Bedroom Tax'.
Paul Rutherford and his wife Susan care for their disabled grandson, Warren full time. They live in a specially adapted three bedroom bungalow in Pembrokshire and brought one of the two challenges to the Court of Appeal today.
