Reporting from New Orleans, Louisiana on the powerful hurricane which swamped the city. How did the American Government let New Orleans down following the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Early warnings suggested the hurricane had 'topped the scale' and was likely to cause a lot of damage.
