The public inquiry into the murder of the former Russian spy, Alexander Litvinenko, has said that it was probably approved by President Putin. Daniel Sandford has been following the case since the former spy was killed in 2006, and was the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Moscow Correspondent for four years.
