As an international reort says teenagers in England have some of the worst literacy standards among those in developed countries, a new project in Irthlingborough is helping to improve reading in local primary schools.

The new Barwell Stand at Franklin's Gardens will be officially opened by Northampton Saints and England legend David "Piggy" Powell. It represents a permanent reminder of the huge contribution the Barwell family have made to the Saints.
