A survey for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Local Radio suggests attitudes towards admitting refugees from Syria and Libya are hardening, with younger people more welcoming than those aged over 65. More than half the people surveyed in the East Midlands oppose accepting any more refugees.
PLUS:
There's concern over the amount of food that's being thrown away because consumers believe it may have "gone off" and not be fit to eat.
