Tamal Ray on junior doctors' strike
Tamal Ray, a junior doctor and the runner up in 2015's Great British Bake Off, explains why he supports this week's strike action by medics.
He says the government is "playing on public fears of under-staffing" at weekends, saying the NHS already offers world-class class surgery, seven days a week.
βIf you have a medical emergency, you will always be seen,β he says.
Junior doctors have held a 24-hour strike in a row with the government over pay and conditions.
