Conservative Councillor Bill Parker, who is responsible for finance at Northamptonshire County Council, has said that'll it be "very difficult" to an extra 拢7.5m in cuts.
The authority is to make the extra savings from it's budget for the next financial year, on top of 拢77m of cuts already planned.
They say the financial settlement from central government was lower than expected, but it鈥檚 too early to say where the cuts will be made.
