The marriage of Botox and Viagra
Pfizer and Allergan announced plans to merge - arranged so that they'll pay taxes in Ireland rather than the United States, where rates are higher. It looks like another case of big firms side-stepping taxes the public would like them to pay. But the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's business editor Kamal Ahmed says drug companies have to pay more attention to public opinion than many others.
