Athletics: A Tarnished Brand?
London 2012 director of sport defends her anti-doping record, the blind Filipino who launched his own call centre, and the company that claims it's made an unhackable remote.
We hear from the head of London's 2012 Olympic anti-doping programme, Debbie Jevons. She defends her in-competition testing regime, and responds to claims that the entire Athletics system has failed the sport. Also in the programme, we look at the Filipino call centre industry, valued at some $25 billion a year by one recent estimate. We hear the story of a man, blinded by a gunman, who launched his own global call centre business in Manila. And finally the "unhackable" remote control. A company in the US, ClearSafe, believes it's cracked the problem of deep encryption and fires rubber pellets at our presenter from a toy tank to prove the point.
