Man shot dead by police
A man has been shot dead by police after officers were called to a house in Cambridgeshire.
Officers were called to the property, in Duck Lane, St Neots, after concerns for the safety of residents were reported on Wednesday evening.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was shot by a firearms officer just after 20:00 BST and died at the scene. No-one else was injured.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) is investigating.
