Can expensive drugs help those with AIDS or HIV in developing countries. Death rates from the disease have fallen where drugs are available. In developing countries where the medicine is relatively expensive some sufferers are having to choose which family member should be receiving treatment. In the UK many people have chosen not to take the treatments because of the side effects.
