Forcibly removed in 1968, the former residents of District Six return

In 1968 the mixed heritage residents of District Six on the slopes of Table Mountain in South Africa were forcibly removed and the area was declared a whites only.

Thirty years later, under a land restitution programme, thousands of people are able to go back to District Six.
