Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 3's ground-breaking festival of experimental sound Cut & Splice returns, in partnership with Sound and Music, recorded at London's Cafe Oto and curated by the composer Joanna Bailie. Bailie's programme links the work of early pioneers of the avant-garde to the trail-blazers of today, exploring the relationships between music-machines and the environment.
