Four Gold Medals at the Berlin Olympics

Jesse Owens won four gold medals at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin.

He won the 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay and the long jump.

His wife, Ruth Owens recalls: "After the Olympics, being the colour that he was, the doors weren't open like they are today for the athletes."
