Rinderpest and PPR Outbreaks Reported
An outbreak of rinderpest, a deadly highly contagious cattle disease, is reported in the far eastern edge of the Russian Federation. Another form of rinderpest - peste des petites ruminants (PPR) - has been reported in Iraq. Plus, the rising demand for chicken meat.
