World Service television could start in spring, reports this 10th anniversary edition
This 10th anniversary edition of Waveguide features a report on World Service television, due to start in spring this year. Christopher Irwin, chief executive of the new Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ TV International, explains how the project will now extend beyond special news bulletins to provide a whole service, beginning at first by building on programmes from Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ1 and 2.
