Volkswagen's chief resigns over emissions rigging - so is this the end of the scandal?

We ask how much more damage the emissions-rigging scandal could do to Volkswagen. Our reporter Theo Leggett is at VW's HQ in Germany, we have analysis from Jim Holder of Haymarket Automotive and Professor Krish Bhaskar, a motor industry consultant. An emergency summit of European leaders gets underway in Brussels, to try to find long-term solutions to the migrant crisis.
