New images from Nasa's New Horizons spacecraft have captured a low-lying haze clinging to the surface of Pluto. The images, taken from a distance of about 18,000 kilometres, show stunning images of the icy mountains and flat ice plains on the planet. William McKinnon, Professor of EArth and Planetary Sciences, is one of the scientists processing the New Horizons data.
