In West Africa, at the height of the Ebola epidemic, there was one question on everyone’s mind – was the outbreak diminishing or increasing? In Liberia, Gabriel Gatehouse visited the home of woman who was part of a three-person ambulance crew travelling around the city of Monrovia and bringing the sick to special clinics for treatment. Lerrene was risking her life to care for others, but who looked after her?
