By monitoring Twitter, a small but vocal minority of established London cabbies are targeting Uber customers that make complaints on the social network. Often they鈥檙e advising them to switch back to black cabs, but sometimes they鈥檙e trolling their rival鈥檚 passengers and sending them abuse online.
