Jeremy Deller on Andy Warhol's violent obsession - online exclusive
Artist Jeremy Deller meets Alastair Sooke to discuss the imagery of violence in some of Warhol's work.
Warhol was obsessed with the AIDS epidemic as friends around him started to die in the 1980s. In some of his later work he also portrayed weapons including guns and knives, as well as the threat of nuclear annihilation.
