Kate Stables of This Is the Kit pops round to Guy's house for a brew and a chat about how and why she writes and plays her music. There's an exclusive first view of This Is the Kit’s forthcoming video for ‘Silver John’ from current album ‘Bashed Out’. Guy opens up his personal studio in his attic for Kate to play an intimate session of her track ‘Spores All Settling’ engineered by Guy himself.

Guy is also joined by Â鶹ԼÅÄ 6 Music’s Tom Ravenscroft, who shares his thoughts on This Is the Kit, giving a unique insight into their influences. Tom also introduces a gem of a live recording from The Old Grey Whistle Test back in 1974.
