What if Greece Runs Out of Cash?

Whilst talks continue, Greece remains in a kind of stalemate. But Greek banks are running out of money. And the European Central Bank has –tightened- its emergency lending criteria to Greek banks, making it even harder for them to access a liquidity lifeline.

Susannah Streeter put that question to our regular contributor, the economist Roger Bootle at Capital Economics.
