Disability fund 'not protected' under councils
An FOI request to councils in England – alongside additional Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ research - suggests that less than a third of local authorities can guarantee that all the funding transferred to them as part of the closing of the Independent Living Fund will be ring-fenced for the severely disabled that have come to rely on it.
