Strike action against cuts is back in the headlines. A teachers union here has accused Stormont of behaving like 'ostriches' over cutbacks. It has fired a warning about fresh industrial action. Meanwhile, Midwives in Northern Ireland have voted for strike for the first time ever. Members of the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) will carry out a 4 hour stoppage on the 30th April. The RCM said this would be followed by other forms of industrial action from the 1st to the 7th May. Stephen talks to the RCM's Breedagh Hughes, former Conservative Health Minister Edwina Currie and Tony Carlin from the Irish National Teachers' Organisation
