Earlier today the head of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde issued a sobering warning to Greece about payment delays. In a matter of weeks it has to find 750 million euros to pay to the IMF and economist Roger Bootle of Captial Economics gave his reaction to Ms Lagarde's comments. Etsy, an online marketplace for a growing group of designers and makers has debuted on the Nasdaq stock exchange in New York.
