Sexism in sport and why it's not reported

An exclusive survey commissioned by Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport for the Victoria Derbyshire programme has found that more than 40% of elite sportswomen in Great Britain have experienced sexism but only 7% have reported it. Asked why sexism was not reported, one respondent said she believed it could affect her selection chances. The anonymous questionnaire was sent to 568 women in almost 40 different sports, with 339 responding. It also found that 80% of those questioned thought sportswomen were underpaid.
