Is pollution in parts of Israel out of control?
How clear is the link between pollution and health problems in the Israeli city of Haifa? Marie Keyworth meets Itsek and Mazal Moshe, a couple convinced that pollution from local factories and oil refineries was responsible for Itsek needing a lung transplant. She also speaks to protestors lobbying the Israeli government not to support the building of more oil refineries in the region. Others say the air quality conforms to international standards and argue that Haifa's economy needs to maintain industry on a large scale in order to support local jobs.
