Labour will have 'dialogue but no deal' with SNP

Labour's Andy Burnham says Labour and the SNP will talk to each other but that doesn't mean there is the prospect of a deal.

The Shadow Health Secretary insisted there will be no coalition and it would be up to the SNP to back a possible Labour minority government.

He says the Scottish National Party's commitment to another independence referendum is a deal breaker: "It will for the SNP to decide if it will support a Labour Queen's Speech".
