Shadow employment minister Stephen Timms said Labour has 鈥渆xplicitly said鈥� where the money is going to come from for its manifesto commitments.

But he told Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics that the Conservatives have given a 鈥減anicky gimmicky response鈥� with election plans he claimed were unfunded.
