The woman who was stalked for 12 years
Claire Waxman has been stalked by Elliot Fogel for 12 years.
He bombarded her with late night phone calls, turned up at her home, broke into her car and even posed as a prospective parent at her child's nursery.
He has just been jailed for three and a half years, for breaching a life-time restraining order.
Claire spoke to Victoria about her ordeal and her campaign to improve the law to help victims of stalking.
