β€˜My clients… want some form of justice’ – Janner complainant lawyer

The Lawyer representing three men who say they were sexually abused as children by the former Labour MP Lord Janner says they are to seek a review of the decision not to prosecute him.

β€œMy clients want their day in court, they want to be heard, and they want some form of justice,” said β€œAt the moment they’re not getting it.”

The Director of Public Prosecutions announced Lord Janner, 86, would not be charged, despite sufficient evidence to bring a case, because of his dementia.

The ex-MP has denied any wrongdoing.

The CPS Victims Right to Review Scheme allows a complainant to request a charging decision be reconsidered.
