Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe continues his visit to California, in what could mark a new dawn for U.S and Japanese relations. We speak to Professor Takeo Hoshi the Director of the Japan Programme at the Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center at Stanford and Congressman Mike Honda, the US Representative for California's 17th District, also known as Silicon Valley.
