Brian May called out for branding MPs 'corrupt'
Queen guitarist Brian May is challenged by Labour's Mary Creagh for saying that the political system causes some MPs to become corrupt.
May was a guest on Pienaar's Politics discussing his campaign for 'Common Decency' amongst MPs, when Labour MP Mary Creagh told him, "you can't have it both ways [...] if you get a plumber in to fix something in your house, you want a professional plumber, I don't see what the problem is with so-called professional MPs". May was quick to respond: "I agree with you, of course, I didn't think I'd be arguing against you! I think a lot of these things are down to the people operating these principles and in some cases they are abused," he said.
