One of the world’s biggest banks – HSBC – says it is considering moving its headquarters out of the UK, due to the β€œregulatory and structural reforms” introduced in the country since the financial crisis. Uncertainty over Britain's future in the European Union is also worrying the lender – but is this announcement a politically motivated one, or a reaction to shareholders’ demands?
