Paul Mayhew-Archer + London Marathon advice

Vicar of Dibley writer Paul Mayhew-Archer talks about his Parkinson's Disease, plus fitness trainer George Anderson gives advice on final preparations for the London Marathon.

Nick will be joined in the studio by Paul Mayhew-Archer who is best known as the writer of Vicar of Dibley and more recently the TV film "Roald Dahl's Esio Trot". He was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2011 and will tell us about living with the condition, and how he uses ballet to help. Plus fitness trainer and ultra-marathon runner George Anderson talks about final preparations for this weekend’s London Marathon.
