US-Cuba Thaw and Durban Attacks

What do Americans and Cubans want their leaders to say to each other when they meet? Also, we hear from Durban as more foreigners are attacked. Plus, Yemen, and Richie Benaud.

Ahead of the expected talks between President Obama and President Castro – the first face-to-face conversation between leaders of the two countries for decades - what do Americans and Cubans want from the relationship? What do they want their leaders to say to each other? What would β€˜normalisation’ look like?

A wave of xenophobic violence has swept through the Durban region in recent days as locals target other African workers and migrants. There are reports of several deaths in the last 24 hours and attacks on people from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Cameroon and Somalia among others. The attacks follow inflammatory comments by Zulu king Goodwill Zwelithini and Edward Zuma, the president’s son. We hear from foreigners and from South Africans.

We also hear briefly from Yemen, and we find out what cricket legend Richie Benaud meant to his many fans and admirers?
