'Britain now gives away an eye-watering Β£12bn a year'
The UK government thinks it should donate 0.7% of national income to foreign aid, and it has been supporting a private member's bill that would enshrine that policy in law.
But there are others who say the money would be better spent at home.
UKIP's general secretary Steven Stanbury puts the case for how his party would spend the money in a film for Thursday's Daily Politics.
