Yvette Cooper: Security services' 'hands tied'

The Shadow Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Secretary says the security services' hands have been tied by the Government when attempting to prevent terror suspects operating in the UK.

Yvette Cooper said the Coalition's powers on security are too weak.
