China cuts economic growth target

China cuts its growth target for the year ahead. But what does it mean for the country's future? And from India, how one region has fared since the Indian Ocean tsunami.

After decades of breakneck economic expansion, China has announced it is cutting its growth target for the year ahead. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Fergus Nicoll visits the coastal town of Nagapattinam, one of the Indian regions hardest hit by the Indian Ocean tsunami. And the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ’s Vishala Sri-Pathma reports from Chennai on a growing challenge to one of the most important elements of traditional Indian marriages – the dowry.
