The Queen of Swing Norma Miller
Norma Miller was barely a teenager when she was spotted dancing outside a theatre in the Harlem district of New York. That was eight decades ago, and she's been in showbiz ever since, going on to become known as the Queen of Swing.
She has been in England as part of her European tour to show aspiring Charleston and Lindy Hoppers just how it's done.
In this extract Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Manchester’s Karen Gabay speaks to 95 year old Norma Miller about her memories of the Lindy Hop movement back in the 1920s.
